Job Description:
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Technician to assist
customers with IT resource issues and service requests.
Key Responsibilities
Receive user requests for support via various communication
methods
Utilize ITSM tools to enter tickets, resolve issues remotely, and
document actions
Monitor assigned queues and escalate tickets to higher-level
support as necessary
Required Qualifications and Education
1-2 years of experience in a service desk remote environment
Knowledge of Active Directory, Bomgar, ServiceNow, or similar
tools
Experience troubleshooting VPN connectivity and browser issues
High School diploma required
Minimum clearance required: Public Trust
