Job Description:

Immediate need for a financial analyst w/managed healthcare experience. Will be responsible for analyzing and or reviewing financial data including revenue, medical expenses, general administrative expenses, commission, payroll and benefits as well as non financial data including membership, bed days and procedures. Perform variance analysis, special medical expense/procedure based reports. Conduct financial audits on medical groups and prepare financial statement and report. Perform accounting functions and handle other responsibilities as assigned. Research accounting and regulatory changes and updates and conduct training to the department. Qualifications: Previous experience working for a managed care organization, BS OR BA IN accounting, finance, mathematics or related field, CPA a must, MBA a plus, Basic level of experience with data mining and extractions, ability to understand mathematical and statistical data analysis, proficient with MS Office, Access, Excel and Word, ability to provide clear communication on analysis and studies, team player with positive and ownership attitude.
