Job Description:
ACT-1 Legal Solutions is currently conducting an exclusive
search for one of its longstanding clients. This very well
established full-service business law firm is immediately seeking
to add a real estate partner with at least $500K in immediate
transferable business. The ideal candidate will also be responsible
for managing the firm's existing real estate transactional business
which predominantly encompasses a great deal of purchase and sale
of large scale residential housing developments. Experience in the
representation of in the acquisition and development of various
construction projects, common interest developments, lending,
sales, investment and overall management projects is a must.
