Job Description:
Financial Aid Counselor!
A highly sought after organization in Goleta is looking for a Loan
and Collections Counselor! In this role you will be assisting with
loan payments. You must provide friendly customer service to put
customers at ease while answering customer inquiries via phone and
email. In this role, you will also be responsible for
administrative tasks and managing loan accounts utilizing different
software systems. An ideal candidate would have previous experience
with student loans or working in a financial aid office. Hours are
Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM.
Requirements:
Must be able to calculate interest (using percentages)
Must be customer service oriented
Must be detail oriented
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
