We are searching for a detailed Commercial Loan Officer Loan Originator to act as the liaison between potential clients and our financial institution. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting client evaluations and researching credit records.
• Preparing loan package documentation and file origination.
• Collecting and preparing all necessary documentation for the loan package.
• Researching applicant credit status and current financial position.
• Preparing and maintaining all paperwork for existing and new loans, including loan disclosures.
• Creating repayment plans.
• Completing loan contracts and ensuring clients are kept informed of the rules and requirements.
• Working with clients to establish their needs and recommend suitable types of loans.
• Submitting files to the designated Underwriter.
• Conducting interviews to assess client eligibility for loans or mortgages.
• Ensuring compliance with established regulations and law requirements.
• Following up with clients to verify important information.
• Other duties as assigned.Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.Skills Required
  2+ years of experience as a Loan Processor, Underwriter, or similar. Familiarity with loan applications, processes, and documentation. Experience with commercial loans.
