Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Representative
III - Outbound (Remote - CST Shift).
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support to members and providers across multiple
communication channels
Handle escalated calls and document all member/provider
communications accurately
Support inquiries involving benefits, claims, authorizations, and
other complex provider issues
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
3-5 years of customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced
environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems
Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education
and experience
Preferred 5-7 years of experience in customer service or sales
