Job Description:
A company is looking for a Knowledge Management Specialist
responsible for overseeing the IT department's Knowledge Base.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the IT department's knowledge management
system
Train IT staff on effectively using the knowledge management
system
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management
practices
Required Qualifications and Education
Associates degree and four years in a related field, or equivalent
combination of education and experience
Experience in knowledge management within an IT environment
Demonstrated ability to create training materials and conduct
training sessions
Strong background in creating and maintaining clear
documentation
Solid understanding of IT operations and experience working with IT
teams
