Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dispatch Manager (HHG Military
Move).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coach a team of Dispatch professionals overseeing
military household goods shipments
Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance operational
efficiencies and customer service
Monitor and evaluate staff performance, ensuring compliance with
company standards and KPIs
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Supply
Chain, Transportation, or Logistics preferred
5+ years of experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, or
distribution, preferably in military moves
2 years of experience in a leadership or management role
Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a
plus
